Pat Forgey has supervised hundreds of staff and managers and led strategic initiatives to provide healthcare and community integration services that have impacted thousands of patients and people receiving community services. Building strategic performance plans, developing business and marketing plans, aligning job descriptions with expectations for performance, and consulting with executives and all level of staff and management around organizational issues have been a basis for Pat’s development of knowledge, understanding and content of organizational development issues. Public relations, marketing and business development are cornerstones of Pat’s background.
Pat’s enthusiasm for coaching staff and managers, her “let’s get this done” attitude about virtually every project she has touched, and her passion for planning, developing, and marketing can help managers and leaders to get through growth hurdles, address stagnation in a company’s trajectory, or be that third party objective expertise with quick reviews of decisions around – what’s next for the organization.
Pat holds an MBA from San Diego State University and an MA in Speech/Language Pathology from the University of Kansas. Pat is certified to administer and interpret the EQ-i 2.0, and Emotional Intelligence Inventory (Multi-Health Systems, Inc.). She has participated in certificate courses, Inspiring Leadership Through Emotional Intelligence through Case Western Reserve University and Decision Making Modeling through the University of Michigan.
